1. Download this Scatter file,

MT6580_Android_scatter.txt

2. Download this specific version of SPFT,

SP_Flash_Tool_Win_v5.1644.rar

3. Load the Scatter file into SPFT,
4. Go to "Format" tab,
5. Check "Manual Format Flash",
6. Use this values,

Begin Address[HEX]: 0x441A0000
Format Length[HEX]: 0x100000

7. Press "Start"
