Yes, you can !
1. You must change vendor country with HCU (hw, eu lover case) .
2. Must write firmware BLA-L.. C432 and customization (hw eu) at once with dc phoenix standard mode in fastboot.
You NOT require root, twrp , no bootloader unlock and not lose warranty!
