Anyway after update completed (eventually) and I also manually update C++ I am still getting the same error (0xc0150002), also Defender reports a trojan, but the strange thing is it will run on my old XP machine.
Also some of the older versions (hard to find) run on my Win10 machine.
Do you have a link for the old 0199 version, please? Just to see if that will run.

No sorry, had only this one. It helped for all other users, might be some changes in windows updates then. Make sure you restart PC after updating package from link i gave, maybe it did not apply.
