Anyway, it's not even a topic to discuss.
First of all, your eMMC isn't ELPIDA. ELPIDA is the DDR IC. Your eMMC probably TOSHIBA and it's located another place on your PCB.
Second of all, as far as I know, it has no protection liquid around it, so you can just desolder it from PCB and connect it directly to your adapter without the need of ISP pinout, in fact you can easily discover ISP pinout after you desolder eMMC.
BTW: I'm still looking for a working dump for you...

But Only I Need eMMC Firmware.
Remember:I Have Not eMMC Adapter ( With DATO,CLK,CMD,VCC,VCCQ,GND ) Not E-Socket ( eMMC Direct Repair Without Sold )
So Sir Finally I Need eMMC Firmware If Have Please Upload & Can You Arrange
