PayPal - Charge back Cheater -

Hi mods,
This person ordered X-SIM adapters, paid for it. Apple closed the hole, he asked for refund, we told him stay calm and wait for update, he did not but raised claim on PayPal.
After all, he got Refund from PayPal, due to their 'strange policy', and now not want to pay for adapters neither to send them back to the address we asked him to send.
As you all know, X-SIM adapters after newest Update are working again, and we do release updates as soon as we can when ever Apple close the bug by releasing new iOS or activation server update.
