Actually, the phone was unlocked when I bought from Ebay. Then after a factory reset, the phone is relocked again to Sprint (Didn't know about that, until it got locked again to Sprint).

yes service just started now , you can submit your imei and only clean and unpaid bill imeis are supported and yes it will be permanent unlocking.
