| If it was working prior to reballing the Touch IC you definitely messed something up by using too much heat or your reball was bad, the new Touch IC could be bad also, check for shorts around, and like I said try with the Touch IC off the board, there are display traces/nets going through the Touch IC, the chip is not needed for display however if it's shorted it may cause display issue. |
