Please, install EasyJTAG Classic 2.9.0.1. When software closed, press and hold CNTRL button, then launch software. It will force box firmware update.
After box firmware update use latest EasyJTAG Plus drivers. Also manually reinstall all box drivers. It can solve problems in most cases.
