We are here to request some advice and help from all gsm workers.

We have already contact many times with GsmServer Online Store and local post France and Sweden Post concerning our package not received (Order details, 1450250553 Original number:RE802429165SE Local number:7T00198233334) but the reply was negative, unfortunately they cannot do anything in this case. All of them shirk their responsibility.

So we have no choice to post new thread here directly, we hope you can understand our frustration, as customers, we paid but did not receive the goods. It’s not our fault. And we wasted an uncalculated time!

Also hope that our experience will help you in the future. Many times you choose a trusted product or a trusted seller, but the result leaves you with no confidence.

Please see all the attached documents. We can provide all further documents. Ex chat msg/ call recording/…

And the equipment we ordered some have SN, you can track them and lock them, these are the evidences we did not receive the goods.
