I got iphone 6. I replaced backlight ic cos anode line was short. After that phone went into dfu mode , i tried to restore it but error 40came up, i reballed nand and changed tristar and removed backlight ic but its still sams. I didn’t over heated cpu as it was covered by heat sink. Any suggestions?
