| amazon sd4930ur (fire) phone stuck on logo.
battery condition is good, full charged.
when i start power button displays only "amazon" then blinking logo.
download mode is not going download mode, when i press and hold vol+ and vol- and then press power button. then also showing logo only.
Please help me
