Yes, that time came that nobody shared flashfile.
Hopefully, it will become useless over time, to have firmware.
HMD implemented secure phone authentication for flashing recently,
closed all EDL "loopholes", and all older OST-LA version became obsolete.
Also, they pushed OTA updates, which CAN NOT be downgraded.
Why I said hopefully - because less people will cry on forums,
and less posts "I killed my phone" will appear.
