Important: in order to perform servicing of these models, you need to download special addon files from Sigma Free section (Alcatel folder) of Boot-Loader.com, and put it into My Documents\SigmaKey\addons\your sigma number folder.- Open"MTK" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
- Go to "Unlock" tab
- Turn the phone ON and check your phone's build number:
- Open menu Settings -> About -> Build Number
- Turn the phone OFF
- Select required addon file(in *.skf format) that matches your phone's build number. If there is no match, try the file that matches the specific model
- Connect turned off phone to PC with USB cable
- Select ADB interface(fastboot) in the ports selection tab
- Press "Direct Unlock" button
- Message "Unlocking phone... Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
- Disconnect the device
