i go also on setting >Sp: Other -> NAND init Mode but my problem is not solved

And it will keep giving error until you will not follow correct procedure. It was enough to read logs given by software- "Make "Identify" first!"
Just complete Identify first under Service tab and then proceed to Format after successful read info is done.
