After several unsuccessful tests I decided to downgrade (hint above)
1 I flashed COMBINATION_FA60_T580XXU2AQL2
2 I flashed again T580_XXU2APL4_OXA2APL4
3 enter your real wifi details
4 enter again some fake text in the wifi details.
5 select/highlight the entered text
6 you have now google assist (Bingo)
6 type calc in google search bar, you have now the calculator
8 run the calc and enter (+30 012 012 732 + then *#0808# in the DRParser
9 enable DM + MODEM + ADB and reboot
10 use Z3x to remove the frp.
11 enable oem unlock and perform factory reset
