ProTip: for app unlock before unlocking with box always make sure to connect to wifi, run the app > perm unlock > insure you receive message about inelegibility for unlock & to contact customer service, if don't get this message then factory reset and try again till get this message THEN unlock by credits for TMB APP UNLOCK!!
