I already wrote precautions, means - you should have backup before proceeding.
now, check baseband - if ok but imei 0, check if phone have Qualcomm diagnostic port - after power off, put cable,
it should start charging and diag port appear.
If not - check in phone dialer, enter codes ###2324# or *#2618#
If after that diag appears, you can write original imei via free tools.
Strange is, that those models should have OTP imei,
means, even after flash and factory reset, imei should appear - original one.
btw. only reason why imei may be gone is presence of FSG partition.
