What up guy's ?,

Just want to know how to reball bga i.c's, i know how to reball uem, cpu, cobba etc, etc. Lately i have been getting a lot of jobs requiring flash changes along wiv other little i.c's.

What i want to know from the pro's is how do you re-ball flash i.c and r388 i.c (sim filter) these use far smaller balls can you buy these size i know 0.5mm is aviliable but never seen any smaller, also a lot of insert sim jobs from the 6230 but every time i try and change R388 i.c. the balls on the board mess up and i can't re-make these it is very fustrating for me !

So all you professional repairmen please share tips on how to do this, do they make stencil for re-balling these components ?
