Some resseler buy box for "special offers" when activation can be only for user, who buy first gen box after 07.07.17) and sell box as upgrate box.
Some sellers from ali is sell boxes without activations, buying them at a price without activation.
You can put a claim to the seller, because if he sold you the box purchased from the team without activation at the price of the box with activation, then he deceived you.
If you did not pay for the activation, then why should the team give it to you?
