yesterday.. he bring to me the phone with google account..
it was already solved.. using the combination files/and firmware..
now he come back the phone got hang.. he said he tried to update the phone..and unfinished.. coz his wifi got problems..altough its not covered to my warranty...
so now i used to reflash the same way only the firmware but fail..
so i decide to get in to recovery mode now the result the video above.. how can i fix it..
since the customer do not want to open the phone..
