I have a Cingular X497 that I need to unlock ASAP. I bought the phone about 5 weeks ago (online via cingular.com). I recently moved to a new place and I have no coverage, but cingular won't let me cancel my contract without the fine.
I would like to use the phone with my tmobile sim. I am a newbie at unlocking, but I am willing to buy the cables/download software if someone would be kind enough to walk me thru the process.
