If by "tool" you mean our clip and software - I can assure you, that XTC 2 Tool cannot kill your phone.
Also I didn't get it, you wrote that you tried to flash 2PQ8IMG_A50CML_DTUL_L51_DESIRE_SENSE70_HTC_Europe_ 1.36.401.4_Radio_0.1524V28P51.0504.0620_release_49 1899_signed_2_4.zip
, but from the log I can see 1.27.1405.1.
Since it's an MTK phone, it may have preloader interface when the phone has firmware corruption. Run Device Manager in windows, connect phone and see if you have any new devices (it will appear for 2-3 seconds and then disappear).
