1- Make sure that smart card is placed correctly ( Not inserted too much)
2- Turn off your Windows Defender or Antivirus Then Install EFT again and Add EFT folder to exclusions on Windows Defender or Anti virus
3- Try to use available Drivers in thread mentioned below ...

4- Try to use our smart card with another reader or vice versa
5- Try to use the Dongle on another PC so we can identify where is the problem.
