Get the full back up of the device
Download and install Spredtrum USB drivers on the Windows computer
Download correct Stock ROM [.pac] file for iTel Vision Plus Device
Unzip the downloaded file into the new folder and place it
Download the latest SPD Flash Tool R21.0.0001 and Extract it
Launch upgradedownload.exe file
Connect the device after switching off
After the device is connected, Click on the "Load Packed Button" and Add .pac File (Stock ROM)
Click “Start Downloading" & Follow the instructions
The device will reboot automatically during the flashing process
When the process is completed, a passed message in green colour will appear on the tool
Go to settings > About firmware > Check Firmware after flashing is completed

Note & TroubleShooting

Flash IMEI using WriteIMEI or Read&Write Tool after the device flashing process
If "Bin Packet load error" occurred, flash the device using SPD Research tool R21.0.0001
Be informed that the SPD Research Tool is only compatible with "PAC" firmware
Always download the correct Stock ROM file
