my problem solved by SST 5.31 , and if you face the problem of none reading info or stoped at step when SST shows starting service mode when you power on your mobile
follow this steps: when you clik on unlock SST shows starting service mode, and then 1- umplug cable from mobile 2-power on and 3-plug it again but rapidly and then the phone turns off by itself and SST ask you again to power on your mobile and when you do it , your mobile will be unlocked
it's 100% works and without TP if your phone is V.25
