Could not load SSL library after win7_64 bit

win7_32 bit was OK, install open ssl win32&64 bit both,setting also ok, but same, how to solve this?

Card found : 6CDF41BF , v0137
Infinity-Box Chinese Miracle MediaTek Service Module [ MTK ] v2.02

Load IDBase v11861 Ok!

Update configuration ...
Could not load SSL library.
Update failed! Check settings and/or internet connection!
