I recently replaced a screen for a customer for a iPhone 7 Plus. When you are actively using the phone it’s fine, but when you let it set idle it reboots. Never had this issue in the past. I ordered another screen and a battery for testing, also a DFU restore may cure it. One thing to note is that when I opened the case there was dirt inside. I asked her about it and she did say she dropped it in water and had to rice it dry. Odd that it only does it when idle. Any other suggestions that may be causing this isolated issue?
