Disable your PC Antivirus/Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe !
- Close [BEST] software
- Install [BEST] software version 2.29 or higher !
- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run [BEST] software
- Enter your GOOD WORKING e-mail address and you will get new licence file via e-mail
