Hello.

Please do the following: install the latest Software version (https://octoplusbox.com/en/download/software/), re-flash the device, remove SIM card from it and perform the "Unlock" operation. After unlocking, do Factory data reset from the phone's menu. Insert SIM card and check network. Write us the result. No need credits to repeat the "Unlock" operation with the same device.
