i have riff box 1
update box to Firmware Version: 1.51 (RIFFBOX1), JTAG Manager Version: 1.86

may not Connecting to the phone because i use riff box 1
with the latest update???

I Solder JTAG cable to HTC 8X (PM2320000) JTAG pads;
Ø Insert batter and connect USB Data cable;

Ø If you use only battery, press Power On key;
Ø Click Resurrect button;





Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.51 (RIFFBOX1), JTAG Manager Version: 1.86
