if you have bricked Nokia 5.1 Plus phone using FRP/Service functions and NTool<0.043,
here is how to fix it :

1. download from NTool support area Nokia 5.1 Plus folder archive BootFix.zip
2. unpack it to any folder, better c:\bootfix
3. follow README.TXT inside extracted folder

if you want to DOWNGRADE Nokia 5.1 plus phone with Android 9 firmware ( ver 2.xxx )
then you MUST flash PDA_2XXX_Downgrade.NBx file first, then you are free to flash lower firmware versions.

Otherwise you will need to repair boot.
