Samsung has removed DM verity from all their kernels, I tested this today on a wiped EFS Note 8
, So if you are on Oreo and require root kernel to boot, Just flash Pie or beta of it, Your DRK issues will no longer exist, Also S9 and never device don't have or use DRK, So I suppose they just finally got new security measures
