1. Remove and replace phone battery
2. Connect 9volt battery to clip, LEDs will start to blink
3. Connect cable to phone
4. Ignite power button on phone
5. LEDs stop blinking then start blinking fast, and 2 LEDs will stay solid, phone is unlocked
