If your device is working, you can get updates by connecting it to WiFi network,
and under settings/system updates you can check if there is
update vailable for your device.
If your device is in dead/bricked/bottloop state, you can upgrade
via usb cable and posted ROMs, then after finished,
do as previously described and update it via OTA update to latest version.
If you feel that second way is too risky for you, or may lead to some
unpredictable/undesired results (dead/bricked device),
then - best solution is to contact authorized Lenovo service center.
