Dongle misconfiguration - How to fix

Dear Friends,

Dongle misconfiguration may be a result of software or drivers conflicts or something like that.

How to solve:

Check Box/Dongle status:
- Run DongleManager
- Read S/N (Serial Number)
- You will see an error message and Diagnostic Code

Diagnostic Code #57:
- Uninstall any kind of usb trace/spy/sharing software and do not use it in future
- Kill in your PC Device Manager all processes with name like usb3monitor
- Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin
- Post here your dongle details (copy/paste text) and attach here fault.bin file.

Diagnostic Code #62:
- Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin
- Post here your dongle details (copy/paste text) and attach here fault.bin file.

Other Diagnostic Code:
- Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin
- Post here your dongle details (copy/paste text) and attach here fault.bin file.

- DO NOT send us screenshots but only text with explanation and Box/Dongle details are required !
- DO NOT update Box/Dongle with DongleManager without supporter confirmation otherwise your server account may be locked for a long time after 3 wrong tries to avoid Smart-Card damage !


- fault.bin file is located in folder with Infinity software that you run last time !
- External file storage services (like mega, 4shared etc.) will be ignored !
- Attach fault.bin file here in forum or use e-mail !
