First install these last correct Drivers from Here:

Dongle/Box Drivers v1.3.0.0

then run other time Sw.

If have issue with one drivers, please install Manually from "UPDATE DRIVER" and give directory where you have Last Drivers version.

Any issue post here "DEVICE MANAGER" open

Do this step first, if fail all try of help you by Ultraviewer.
