Project_one is correct in writing that special files are needed for "Quick Flash" on all nokias.
I developed a technique over a year ago, and feel sick knowing this information is being sold. I never sold this to anyone, but the people who were told about it are profiting from this knowledge.
My business is updating languages in Nokia mobile phones, in the beginning we had to give the phone a full flash (around 900 phones a day), now after quick flash we can do around 2000 per day.
