How to request support or report bug

In order to save your and our supporters time and to provide solution as soon as possible fallowing information and data must be provided:
- No multiple requests for same problem accepted. Do not make new requests for same problem on other thread/forum, e-mail or live support.
- Problem must be described with as much as possible details so we could recreate the problem on our side;
- Full log text including detect text must be provided;
- Any information (username, dongle s/n and etc..) to identify user must be provided so we could check log server side;
- Complete phone/modem model, version (if possible), phone status (working/bricked), state (fastboot, no power at all …) must be provided;
- Must write, which software (HCU,Phoenix,DC Unlocker or etc) is used, what are you trying to do (read unlock code, Unlock FRP and etc...);
- If you are writing firmware must specify what firmware you are writing.
