I have VTR-AL00, I want to convert it to VTR-L29
My problems:
After booting up my bootloader is still unlocked. I wonder how can i make bootloader locked again
And after firmware upgrade and low level reset I dont see the first startup menu and choosing the language and settings, I am already at the desktop

After this i write to sd card folder dload, in this folder i put the file update.app extracted from update_sd.zip for firmware Victoria-L29A 8.0.0.371(C10)
and in the folder dload I created folder VTR-L29_hw_ru and put the file update_VTR-L29_hw_ru.app
Then I dial *#*#2846579#*#* and choose software upgrade-->sdcard upgrade
I see the message PT failed. Still upgrade?
I choose yes, the upgrade finish
