When your device's imei 350000000, baseband null and imei 00000000 first of all you need repair the EFS. When the EFS repaired you are able to repair the imei.
So first of all now you need to find efs repair function for the problematic devices.

As I have these in my hand with damaged imei 350000000, and baseband null
And imei 0000000 and null imei
