if u fall for cheap price then mostly u will be cheated.
see the forum join date and search if has any claim ever against him in the forum,
how often he involve in problem with customers etc. most of the old sellers lose a lot
due to scam customers and thats why they do not accept pay after, so u have to be carefull and check many things before doing a deal with any sellers. these days many old users also become as scammer, so must check everything in details,no mattar old or new users, but before deal with new users always take extra caution as buyer or seller .
