If the network is still blocked even if the octopus software log is successfully unlocked, and you tried to insert the sim without any network operation results.
Try to install the modem combination binary 6 for j701f, once you have installed the combination modem, with octopus software repeat the network unlock operation for j701f, once the network is unlocked, install the stock firmware modem, done do the test to insert the sim and see if the network is unlocked and the phone works
