Hi,

I made some checking and this is the same firmware as for Blaupunkt FM02. So get P21_BLAUPUNKT_FM_02_Telenor_simlock_CEE_V3.0_20181 226_EN_PL_CZ_SLV_HU_RO-PATCHED.otz from the support and write it to the phone
