Good, putting it that way is because there is no firmware read with dongle or box, but those who have tried had problems with the da file and lacked the preloader. I already know that this file is not for everyone, but I think that if you have a little idea and you see that the file and preloader is coming and there is no firmware for something it will be, I also say enter the official download page of Nokia firmwares and there is an update no firmware nbo and less scatter.txt.
