| this and some Hynix BGA254 chips (H9HP16AECMMD) work with only VIO rate: 1.8v < VIO < 2.0v
1) You need select use 1.8v VIO for e-Socket
2) Check 1,8 line voltage at ISP mode (1,8v at software). If you box have smallest voltage (1,75-1,79) you need modify your box to up it to 1.85
(need add (solder) 100k resistor at parrallel with 10k default box resistor)
