I didnīt have see the box inside but itīs said that inside is a microcontroler that generate the correct flash authority-id to update the mcu. The microcontroler have embeded the firmware, so first thing to do is know what kind of microcontroler and if itīs posible to hack the firmware to rip the box. After see the Dejan flasher I donīt belive that it would be easy/posible to rip the box so as far as I know the mcu can be read/write without the box (this doesnīt mean success) so I ask if could be posible to snif the port and get the boot loader to read the mcu, once read the problem is figuring out how the algorithm works. With such amount of nokias arround it wouldnīt be hard to do a scratch list and find the key, next modify the program to inject the flash auth-id from the program...
