Hi all,
I'm using the handphone Sharp GX15. When buying it I very enjoyed that it can connect to PC to synchronize data. But it's unlucky to me, I try many times but it cannot connect to my laptop via Infrared or even USB cable.
I've installed Handset Manager for Infrared communication type, turn on Infrared mode in my handphone and place it and the laptop are opposite very closely each other. The animated icon on the taskbar conveys that having a near device that connected via infrared. But when I opened the Handset Manager for GX15, the following message was appeared:
"Please click Center Button -> Settings -> Connectivity -> PC Software -> Infrared to enable the connection."
However I can't find any "Settings" item.
And there's a strange that I can send pictures from the handphone to the laptop
I don't know whether I have to install driver for my handphone as a new infrared device? If it must be, where I can find the driver and please tutor me steps to connect
