You can get access to InfinityBox support area even w/o your reseller help. Visit
www.infinity-box.com abd download SN-reader. Then start sn-reader and you will see your login/password for support area. If you will have problems you can contact to
[email protected] (don't forget to include in your mail info that you will see in sn-reader window).
