I have been waiting for months for the 02x1b update. Coincidentally, my redbox stopped working the same day.

Try recconect your box / USB power
Restart computer
Try on another PC / operation system
Try restoring your Windows to an early state ...
If not help ... contact your reseler or JULVIR ...
