- if your box is damaged, SEND TO YOUR RESELLER FOR REPLACEMENT
- and no more use latest Phoenix 120 !
This is the ONLY solution that I can offer now. If your reseller not want to replace your box, just email me or post here details about your reseller who refused to exchange your PBB box.
So, what else you want more? I offer box replacement on MY COSTS (for hardware). And support area is working well for not damaged boxes, also even updated today with latest flash files available from Nokia.
